Pre-Flight Checklist

1.

Weather & wind speed check

Check and confirm expected weather conditions & windspeed are acceptable - record as necessary

2.

Logs

Update pilot & battery logs as required (take off time and battery voltages)

3.

Crew, Public & Client

Ensure all crew, members of the public and the client representatives are all in correct safe positions

4.

Clearance

Does this flight need any additional clearance from CAA or local ATC - if required has necessar contact and permissions been approved?

5.

Foreign Objects.Debris

Is the Take ad Landing area clear of foreign objects/debris

6.

Power up

Calling "TAKE OFF" start motors 

7.

Take Off

Take one final look around, check with crew members that they agree it is safe to take off. Power up and initiate take off to approx 2m AGL

8.

Control Test

Test Yaw & Cyclic controls (use small gentle movements and ensure aircraft is responding as expected)

9.

Function Test

Engage Position and Altitude mode to test hold function (aircraft should hold position and altitude)

10.

Flight Battery Check and position status

Final check on battery, satellites and RTK fix

11.

Operation Check

Final check with crew to agree the planned flight is good to proceed.
